Doesn't look like the Brakes .PDF in the DIY section covers the Rotor removal. If I have time this week, I'll scan it. In the meantime, here are the steps:

Follow the steps to remove the brake pads (covered in the .pdf), then take off the 2x 17mm bolts holding the caliper. Use a bungee or something to prevent the caliper from hanging (via the brake line). Using an impact driver, remove the 2 Philips screws that secure the rotor to the hub. Typically, the rotor should come off. If it does not, you can hammer the face that goes over the hub/studs. Install the new rotor and wipe down with brake cleaner on both sides. Rest of the steps are reverse of removal.

Steps provided are simply for removal/install. I did not write out preventative steps/inspections of brake components.

Any chance of getting pages 20-134 of the service manual scanned?

I would like to see the part about HOOD ADJUSTMENT... it seems that there's a procedure where I can elevate the hood position so it doesn't impact the headlights (which causes the condensation).

I know this is not an easy request, but it would be me almost $1200 trying to fix the condensation problem with my headlights

If you have headlight condensation problems, you should take the car to the dealer. Please look at the sticky in the Problems and Fixes forum. One of those stickied threads refers to this exact problem. The resolution is you have to take the car to the dealer based on a TSB released by Acura. I believe the dealer has to fix the problem regardless if the car is under warranty or not. If he refuses, I'd contact Acura corporate and complain. Make sure you get the TSB info when you call.

Hood adjustment (vertical) is via the two rubber stoppers on each corner closest to the headlights. Simply turn the stoppers to raise or lower them.

Worst case for headlights is picking up a set of JDM-style ones from eBay seller fishcake (sp?).

Does anyone have the service manual for replacing the clutch and flywheel? That would be great.

so this may be obvious... but how can i remove the lower pair of reflectors in the rear bumper cover? do they simply pop out using a prying edge? I'm hoping it doesn't require the bumper removal. if it matters, i have the a-spec kit. thanks in advance.
