Smoked Taillights

Hey do you guys know if it is possible to unsmoke your taillight cause my friend got his car and it doesnt bother him but he prefer not having it smoked

i believe only 06+ models come with smoked reverse lights....unless you just have film, i would say just peel it off....

^+1. Do you mean smoked like they just put the film/tint over the tail lights or do you mean the reverse lights? 04-05 reverse clear, 06-08 dark. If it's a film/tint you should be able to remove it with some heat, soap and water. Hopefully the person didn't spray paint it.

idk which tint it is im new to the tinting taillights and stuff and i know what film is but whats the reverse one....cause my friends is all dark its not black tho

the reverse light is the circle inner tail lights....for the 04-05 models its clear like this....(courtesy of hondatsx's for sale thread)

I think he means they are COMPLETELY tinted...not just the reverse. Right Kaboosh? Like this?

It's probably just a film tint. You would have to peel it. Doubt that its been painted.

as mentioned by sortudo7, if they were taken apart and sprayed then your friend is SOL, and would have to get new tails.. but they could just be bluebatmobile stick-on tints in which case they should peel off.
