Rear Speakers stopped working but fronts still good? Please Help!

Hello, I was installing some new components (alpine type r) onto my car. I got done with the front two (front left and right door) and they work fine. However, when i was done installing the two rear door speakers (the 6.5s), I tried the system and none of the of rear ones work at all. When i fade it to the front, the front speakers work fine, but when i fade it to the rear, no sound comes out, including from the 6x9s and I didn't even mess with those. I dont know what I did wrong but it would be nice if I could get some help. Are there seperate fuses for the front and rear speakers? I check all the wires and none were loose, and I am quite sure I hooked the wires correct (positive and negative accordingly). Please help!

I also have type-r's all around.

When I installed them the first time I didn't use any spacers. Which made the rear speakers too close to the metal of the door and they were shorting. I believe the exact same thing happened to me, rear speakers and 6x9's went dead, but fronts worked.

I figured it out because there was a little "poping" sound coming from the speakers right as I turned the stereo on, and up. If this is the case, try adjusting the space between the speaker and the back of the door.

I didn't get any. The speakers aren't even screwed to the door.I just shoved the speaker in, and twisted. They stay just fine and don't rattle at all. The hard part was getting them in a spot were they did not short. Good luck man.
