There's 4 clips (each corner of the seatback pocket) and 4 hooks (along the top of the seatback plastic). Just grab the bottom of seatback, and pull it out.

Thanks.. So pulling won't break anything?
I pulled on the bottom pretty hard and nothing...

Can I use my hands or do I need a tool???

headrest video for little car like the TSX is just dumb, sorry.
I suggest you consider roof-mount flip down. Bigger (wide) screen, less work, less "showy".
More enjoyable than those little 6~7 inch screens.
If I had the time I would do it even though I already have Navi video
