Unhappy cd player problem

my cd player has quit working in my tsx you can hit the button and it doesnt do anything it doesnt even make a sound, wont eject any of the dics or anything, also on start up the radio will cycle through fm1 fm2 and am channels then finally stop and will play the radio normally , anyone have a clue what the problem is? it really pisses me off that its doing this as the dealer installed a "new" unit when i got the car cause the screen lights/ac control lights didnt light up and now im not under warranty and it takes a shit on me, if anyone has any idea what it could be please let me know if i cant get it fixed/figured out i plan on just ordering the navi swap from ebay

That sort of happened to me. Sorry to inform you bro, but you might need a whole new head unit. Here's what happened to me:

- I leave the Acura dealership after some repairs were made...comes with complimentary wash and vacuum
- I reach to eject a CD and insert a diff one...but the mechanism got jammed and CD's can no longer load or eject. I also cannot play. I get an error msg.
- I have a feeling when they were wiping down the console during the cleaning they hit too many buttons on the dash and f*cked it up.
- Only options I have are FM and AM radio. No XM.
- Bring it back to dealership...I'm under warranty, but it takes ONE WHOLE MONTH to get a new head unit. So be prepared for no music.
