What should i buy first?
Hey everybody! I'am from Thailand but moved here to the U.S. a couple of years ago so excuse my english if its pretty bad. I've been reading up on the TSX for about 3 months until i decided to purchase a 2006 PWP a couple of weeks ago. I love this car.. it drives good, luxury, just an all around great car for the price. I have just sold my 1998 Honda Civic for a fair price which leaves me with extra cash to spend on my TSX! I recently installed the Injen RD Intake and all i gotta say is damn! i noticed hp gains and a great sound to go along with it. Living in Thailand all my life i have seen some very nice cars out there such as... Nissan Skyline, Nissan 180sx, Nissan Silvia, Toyota Supra, and of course the Honda Accord which is the TSX here in the U.S... im sure you guys all know that already. I have been researching on some good mods for the TSX but i want to know what should i buy first? Tein Flex Coilovers or Greddy Evo 2 Exhause System because its gonna be quite awhile to get another mod after this one so i want to make this a good dececions. Iam thinking about other mods but those are my top 2 but if you guys have any other options for me.. anything feedback would be nice.. thanks you guys for your time... looking forward to your replies...

Congrats on the purchase! Welcome to our little world here
And you're english is great!!
Anyway, I would suggest get the Hondata ECU Reflash!! Best bang for your buck powerwise. If you felt nice gains with the Injen RD Intake, you'll really feel it with Hondata!

Hello and welcome calvin Decision on mods should be categorized into.. performance vs visuals.

id say get the coils and drop your car.. improves handling and visual look of your car. I have the Evo 2 exhaust and itll only look good if you have a skirt and a dropped car anyways.. and hondata well its not a cheap mod but is a great one.. ill be headed that way but i already have some tein coils, intake and exhaust already.. hope that helps!

If not already on the car, should he not consider a rear sway bar replacement, either Comptech or one of the other sways available. Inexpensive, improves handling, and his choice of other mods could stil be done.

hey calvinxazn welcome to the club and congrats on your tsx... There is alot of talk about hondata being the best bang for your buck as stated and theres enuff talk to make me save for the intake and this particular mod
hondata is about 595 plus shipping & handling...
info here
hondata for 06 tsx
If your heart is set on coilovers though i feel ya man. Tein seems like the best and most talked about on this site as there are many feelings posted as well though. One write up that always comes into mind is from our mod Lanny m. His thread on the tein flex is great
Lannys tein flex post
Some useful info here as well JDM Tein SS vs USDM Tein SS
the SS are not edfc compatible but the flex's are. But your also talking about a 500 dollar price difference as well .
Heres a link to the tein website for the coilovers..
