That's the Maximworks header (same as the feel's one). You'll need a Euro R cat or a modified stock one for it to fit the CL9 (TSX/Accord Euro).
The craftmanship is second to none but it's also very very expensive. It also produces a hissing noise but it's not as annoying as the DC sports one.

What it makes a hissing noise?! Since this Header is a CL9 the bolting pattern is just like the ACURA TSX(CL9)

Yep, the header makes a hissing noise similar to the DC sport one but not as loud.
The picture shows the CL7 version so it seems like they modified the header to suit the CL9.

If it's CL9 specific, the flange will bolt up to a TSX with no problems, since it's different than the Euro-R ones. Same as the feel's.

Feel's Honda Twincam released a Japan Accord CL9 version Header
looks like a direct bolt on to Me
Direct Translated by www.excite.co.jp:
[ FEEL 'For S accord 24S]
[ EX manifold (type 4-2-1)]
Setting model: CL9
To accord 24S(CL9) owner.
It is good news.
- All SUS304TP grinding finish.
- The flange is a total cut putting out in the machining centre.
- In the same processing process as the racing parts,
The beauty of the maximum lightening and finish is pursued.
- Finish to make it adjust to the street machine is achieved.
Security standard acceptable commodity
- Pipe diameter
- Primary pipe φ45
- Secandopaip φ48.6
- Tail pipe φ54

Feel's header IS the Maximworks rebranded, and as it's a CL9 version, your current CAT will fit just fine. But if you're going to go to the expense of buying the header, you may as well use a freer flowing CAT. Feel's does one, which may be the Australian Metal Cat 300 cell one with flanges welded on by Feel's themselves. Not 100% sure.
As suggested, Hytech is in similar ballpark, but you WILL need both their header and CAT, at the same time.
At least with the Feel's, you can make do with the OEM until funds allow for a better flowing CAT.

With HyTech, you only have 2 choices, full exhaust, or race header. There is no bolt-on HyTech with OEM cat.
