who makes 3 inch exhaust ( 70mm ) with a resonator and a muffler ?
Well just like my title says im searching for a 3 inch exhaust for my 2004 TSX. I only found J's racing 70RR that is my first choice but it only have a muffler at the end so its going to be really loud on the street. I already have a Turbo Civic with a 3 inch exhaust and a Magnaflow muffler/no resonator and its okay... but on a all motor its going to be really loud. My brother have the J's 60RS on his 2006 SI and its okay but loud...
So any other option from J's 70 RR ? I got a Comptech race header and a test pipe on my TSX too.... is the 70RR bolt on ?
Thanks for the help !

why do you want to run 3"? if your all motor, you deff want some backpressure from lets say a 2.5 or 2.75 exhaust.

Alright, back pressure is not good at all. Ever. Getting that out of the way.
What kind of NA setup are you running? For a mild build like I/H/E I would recommend a 2.5" exhaust. When you get up to around 250whp, I'd say that's a good point to get a 3"
I'm sure a J's Racing exhaust would be crazy expensive, so what you can do is go to a muffler shop and have them make you a custom exhaust. Should only be a few hundred bucks. Put on the muffler of your choice and you're good to go!

I bought the car from a friend who work for a Grand-Am Koni challenge team that are racing TSX. He is also so a tuner and engine builder. In the car there is the Hytech GAC specs cams and valvetrain, Comptech race header, test pipe, Comptech air box, RSX-S 4-5-6 gears and this winter we will install the 50VTC, RSX oil pump, RBC or Blueprint MFG intake manifold, Hondata K pro, we know someone in Australia that can make the TSX cluster work with a 02-04 RSX ecu..., type R lsd and now searching for an exhaust... so yeah its going to be a 250whp/195tq setup... just like Grand-Am cup TSX.
I was thinking also about keepint the stock exhaust but remove one or two resonator and keep the two mufflers...
here is the car
