tsxclub.com is the business right now. well maintained forum with really helpful members. i'm lovin it. okay so back to the subject. installation isn't really going to be a problem because i figured it's gonna be worth it in the end no matter what i get. so now i guess with those who have posted to help me out, would you agree with me getting the icebox?

well i personally got an SRI because it will literally take 15 minutes to go back to stock. I wouldn't get a CAI because you lose low end on a car that already has little low end.

i think a comptech icebox would be a good choice. but i'm sure you'll be happy with whatever you get.

the icebox is on the quieter side. make sure this is what you want before ordering.

Usually SRI's and CAI's are relatively quiet if you're driving below 3k RPM. After 3k, it gets pretty loud.

its like every time i decide on something, i always have another question. are there any noticeable gains between the icebox and SRI? now either one is looking like a good option to me

I also want the sound but nothing too crazy that ill get tired of it.What suggestion would you guys give. Links or pics would help me out a lot. Thanks in advance

go to CT Engineering and request a dyno graph for the icebox. Then get a dyno for the SRI and compare them. Check that the only performance mod is the intake.
