Forced Air

Has anybody heard anything lately abt where Cybernation is in the process of making a turbo kit for the tsx? Or are there any other options at this point? I'm not really wasting my time with the CAI's and exhausts, etc as they will not give me near the kind of power increase that I am looking for. If you've heard anything, please let me know. Thanks a lot!

Just called Cybernation and they said they were held up by something but we can expect the kit to be on the market within 6 months :-)

How much good will this still be without the Kpro? Guess you could still drop it in, but you wont get max performance will you?

Just bought myself a fully loaded 2004 TSX.. Was debating whether it would be worth the money for an CAI and exhaust or save up a little more for future turbo or supercharger kits.. I'm new to all of this engine modding (truck owner past 4 years) what estimated gains will I get (WHP) with a CAI and exhaust and what gains are usually gained by turbo/supercharger kits?? How much will a turbo kit set me back (including all of the upgrades the engine will need?).. Thanks in advance

and this is another stupid question, will a supercharger/turbo kit void my warranty if the acura dealer installs it?

I/H/E - Will net you approximately 10-20 bhp at the wheels whilst maintaining engine reliablity. These are also fairly safe and should not cause a problem with warranty concerns. Unless those modifications are a direct relation to failure.

Forced Induction (Supercharging/Turbocharing) - Will net you 50-80 bhp on a fairly basic application setup kit. However, you may lose engine reliability and will no doubt void your warranty easier. I don't believe any Acura dealer will permit such change.

Say I do supercharge my engine what are the chances of it messing up on me? Is it that stressful to the engine?

Hi Joker
