if you get a nav you can probably get out of there for $25k. they're clearing out 08's now that the 09's are out and have nice factory to dealer incentives on 08's so they can afford to give you a couple grand off that even.

I bought mine used last week. I did have a '97 Prelude SH at one point that I built a turbo setup for and was quite nice, but I was subject to "The Prelude Curse" and had nothing but problems in life when I had that car (but never problems with the car). I paid $14,500 for my '04 without navigation in Dallas, TX last Friday. I flew there and drove it home. There are several Acura dealers there, but only one here, so the prices are higher here. I would have paid about $18,500 here for the same thing. This car has no door-dings, and is in very good shape for having 84,000 miles on it. It has some of the usual problems such as warped rotors, leaking headlights (which the dealer is fixing for free tomorrow), and there seems to be a noise coming from the gear-shifter area when I sopt and when I take-off, I am not sure what that is. I also can't get the sun visor to stay up, but these are all small things and I think it was worth the price I paid.

That would depend on how many they have on the lot and how hard they are pushing the 2009s. If it's the last one or one of the last 3 or so, you might be able to get them to come down. If they still have 15 or more on the lot, you might be able to get them to come down as well. If they still have a 2008 on the showroom floor that is not sold, I would say that there isn't much room for negotiation. I hope this is helpful.

Depends on what is included in your out the door price-(sales tax, reg. and tags, doc. fees, nav or not, etc. Do you have a trade-in. What extra's are on the car (not that there are many). When I bought my 06 they included the trunk tray, all-season mats, splash guards, wheel locks, door-edge guards and free oil changes.

if you live around my area (cerritos, so cal) you'd get a good deal on the 08.
cerritos acura is really pushing the 09s, plus many people are trading their 1st gen for the 2nd gen tsx. the 2nd gen is really flying off that dealer right now.

well this is for a base model 08. They have like 12 on the lot 3 to 4 with Nav and the rest are base. When i negotiated with the dealer we only talked about out the door prices. He said $26500 then when i got there he said i meant plus tax which brings the car back to about msrp. I was like you little dumb ass and left. I going to try to talk with someone else. with 12 on the lot they should go down on the price. You guys think i should stick with 26500 some say i can get 25500 w/o nav. But maybe 25500 is pushing it

I don't know what others are paying, but I just got an 08 w/navi in sacramento for 26250 plus tax. In the county I registered it that was around 28000 total. I have to say I thought I did ok. Even with 09's there 26 grand seemed like a deal with a navi car. I don't know if you'll get one for 26500 OTD beacause that's like paying 24500 for the car, and I don't see that happening on a brand new car w/navi IMO. Maybe an 07 with hardly any miles. Just my opinion. Good luck with it.

Well. You should look at the dealer invoice. See how much they paid for the car. Then go from there.
