on the top of my head 05 comes w/better looking stockies, no fog lights, no blue-tooth, no tire pressure thingy, just search the forum. There's little subtle differences here and there but the engine and what not are the same.

Cosmetic differences and a power increase of 5 hp. A search will help more than my crappy memory can!

Power difference is actually 12-15hp, the reason it looks like 5hp is because the SAE changed in 2006+.

or if you had just googled it... type in acura TSX and wiki it, it would tell you the differences between ALL the years
