Got an issue, ( not car related)
Well iono if this is the right section to put this but i just wanted to make it clear. I ordered my exhaust from wierdazndude about a month or so ago. and dude havent replied since i sent out the money. I was just curious if anyone ever delt with this man or knows about him or even knows who he is. If someone can help me out about it I'll appriciate it, I feel like im getting scammed again.

yeh i know he signed in today.. i left him alot of emails, text messeges, phone calls and even a voice mail. PM'd him as well.. and no response. He responded like a week or so ago saying he shipped it out and everything. Asked for confirmation number and from there i got no response.

I did this before, You open a dispute, they contact the seller, if they do not get a resolution or an answer from him they do a charge back and withdrawal the money out of his account.

As I mentioned before, American Express was driving a lot of this so I do not know if Paypal will be as aggressive but I got my money back.

The guy that tried to screw me over was doing the same thing, would not call or email back. Well until they took the money from him, then he called me.

How much was the exhaust, paypal was a pain in the dispute and only refunded me my scammed ebay item partially so just watch for that this was almost 3 years ago so maybe things change.

I made a dispute and had no way talking to an actual representative. which sucked, but i got refunded in about 2 weeks time.

i would just put in the dispute now.

as the seller, he'll receive an email from paypal with regard to the dispute, so it'll either prompt him to ship it ASAP or at least contact you, or he won't care. if the latter is the outcome, you just try and get your money back.
