How much did you buy your TSX for?

OK im not sure where this goes but here it is!

I want to know an interesting story of what troubles you went for buying your TSX. As an example ill write mines down just to give you guys an idea.

I bought my 2006 TSX Carbon Grey Pearl for $15,999 + Warranty ($1,500) - Minus $200 coupon.

I was back home on my 2 weeks leave from Iraq. I was driving a Honda Civic 1993 before I bought my TSX. My wife wanted a new car and she was looking into Accord, Civics, Acura TL, Camry or a Mazda 6. After 3 days of searching we ended up in a Honda Dealer that happened to sell a 2008 Mazda 6 for $13,000. We ended up buying the car a day later and it was really nice, the only problem I had with the car was that it was hard to make U turns because the car wouldnt allow me to steer too far left or right like how my old Civic was able to do.

The next day, I took the car home and had my brother checked the car out. As he was revving the engine to see if there was any problems he heard a ticking noise comming out of the engine at approximately 3 RPM. I was Curious to see if anyone else has this same issue so I went online to check it out, and turns out many people were having the same problem. Same day I turned in the car and demanded a refund(In a nice way).

4 days later I never thought I was ever going to buy the TSX. The first thing I thought about it was that the back looked like an RSX and then the front looked like a TL. At first I didnt really like the looks because it was too fat. But I liked the name TSX because it sounds like the "NSX". My brother convinced me that the TSX is faster than the Mazda 6 because everytime he watches "World Speed Challenge" the TSX always win 1st place and beat the Mazda 6s. After a while I decided that this car would be my car because even though she is a big car, she does produce some really nice powers and after checking her out, she really isnt that big after all, I just needed to buy JDM body parts to make her look pretty. The End!

Japan Invoice

1st Off: Welcome to the club!

I boughty my 2004 TSX w/ Navi for invoice ... which I think was ~$27,000 @ the time.

I thought that the previous generation Mazda 6s looked nice but for some reason they sell horribly compared to the competition which makes me wonder what is wrong w/ them. Here are the totals for last month as well as the year for that segment:
Camry 34,946 +28.4%; 356,824 -18.3%
Accord 28,238 +17.3%; 290,056 -22.2%
Malibu 19,374 +3.7%; 161,568 -9.4%
Fusion 18,852; +93.5%; 180,671 +22.4%
Altima 18,643 +7.7%; 203,568 -24.5%
Sonata 6,593; 117,357
G6 3,916 -49.2%; 87,171 -37.8%
Aura 3,052 -4.2%; 21,395 -64%
6 2,596 -15.9%; 34,866 -33.7%
Optima 1,978; 37,527
Basically I think that you made the right choice ... I am sure that the TSX is more reliable, higher quality & funner to drive.
