Did I already ask if you looked at the front lower control arm leading bushings?

The whole car? And only when accelerating? Are you sure it is not just in the front and it is so prominent you think it is in the whole car? Because there is no way that under acceleration the back of the car would be shaking, that just doesn't happen on fwd.

Just recently had the same identical issue. On or about 60 MPH violent shaking. Luckily I had purchased the extended warranty, they took care of it otherwise $1500 repair for both axles!!!

Have the same vibrating problem around 60mph. The joint on the passenger side feel like they have alot of play in them. Probably going to start with the one to see if that solves the problem if not I'll do the other side. Marcus are the driveshaft shop 0 axles better then stock for a lowered car or would it be a waste to spend the extra 50$?

It still sounds like an axle even though you had them replaced.... maybe call DSS and troubleshoot with them? It could be that there is an issue with the set you got, or with your installer... Man, that's crazy... Hope you figure it out without having to shell out hard...

I just noticed I have developed this problem as well. It starts to vibrate at around 58mph all the way up to about 78. I can't notice it if under or over those speeds. Looks like axles are in my near future.
Marcus, are your axles refurbished OEM, new OEM or aftermarket?

One of my mechanics told me the shaking while accelerating or coasting could be from the rotors being extremely warped. I'm replacing them tomorrow but should I wait to get axles or spring right now and get them also.

Don't wait, if your problem can be solved with just the expenditure of a set of rotors, don't waste money on stuff that doesn't need to be replaced... Axles don't need the hubs off to be installed, so you won't be taking the rotors off again or anything like that if you did need to go that far...

I feel you. I would send the axles back to DSS to be spec'd at this point... Seems like you have little left to do other than replacing what you've already replaced... Just out of curiosity, your diff hasn't been making any weird noise has it? Is there a real race car builder/tuner in your area that could take a look at it?
