Decrease Turning Circle?
I am extremely satisfied with my car. The only problem I have with it is the turning circle. I still don't like how the car parks because I'm incredibly used to my older car (a Camry haha). I'm a bit deficient when it comes to car knowledge. I was wondering if it was possible to make turning a little easier in the TSX?

I agree, the turning radius in this car is about equivalent to that of the Titanic. However, its a result of the geometry of the suspension and would likely be impossible to alter without changing most of the suspension linkages to custom jobs, and at that point it is certainly not even close to being worth it.

I disagree. The turning radius isnt THAT bad. I think it's comparable to just about any 4-door sedan, with the exception of some RWD sedans like BMW's. The Accord I owned before my TSX is about the same if not worse turning radius.

Couldn't you thrown smaller rims on? That would increase the number of revolutions/distance. I don't know how much it would help, but maybe to some degree.

According to cars.com ( 2007 Acura TSX vs. 2007 Toyota Camry vs. 2007 BMW 328 vs. 2007 Ford Crown Victoria) the turning radius is 10% better on a Toyota Camry than a TSX... and the Camry is a larger car! 10% is fairly significant IMO. Heck, a CROWN VICTORIA has a turning radius 10% better than the TSX, and its wheelbase is almost 10" longer!

I've had a few accords and I believe my turning radius is much better in the tsx..I've got no complaints at all..I just came from a nissan maxima..that car had the worst turning radius I've ever experienced..

My major problem comes when u-turning in small streets (like in some LA suburbs). I need to 3-point turn -__-. My friends think that I'm a s**ty driver and I tell them it's the car. U-turning for the most part in wide SD streets are fine, though.

I think unless you're driving an S2000 (or related car), you'll still need to do a 3 point turn in LA streets no matter what car you drive.
Well.....at least that's how I see it.
