how to make my e brake more tighter?

I have 07 tsx, how do i make my e brake more tighter cuz when i pull on e brake the car does not thing!!! it still move normal

Check to make sure whether or not your rear brake pads need replacing. If they do, replace and adjust the the handbrake via the adjustment nut. It might be accessible by removing the top of the center console. However, you may need to remove/lift the entire center console to do it.
