It's too bad you are so far away, as I'd love to let you test drive my car with the Mugen suspension Saz.
The ride is much more firm, yet not bouncy. Also, there is less role
Joker - who thinks if you drove his car, you'd buy the Mugen suspension for sure

hee... joker... I am thinking between buddy club and mugen now...
I love Mugen.... I am a mugen whore.. woot!
but BU and the other guy make their points... mugen don't manufacture those themselves... although the quality should still be good, just that don't have info on who actually make those. I mean, if comptech makes those for mugen I will just give it a middle finger, hee hee....
waiting for mugen adjustable to release now... price should be the same... $2200 buddy club... approximately the same for mugen too (in cdn $)

If we're gonna discuss further on various coilover options from current manufacturers, I'll continue. If this is a brand specific discussion, I'm out.

Pin-Up Information - CL7/CL9 Coilover Selection
Not by any ranking but my choices would definitely include the following list, each with very good opinions across the board. While the JDM performance manufacturers have yet to move heavily into the Accord/TSX CL7-CL9, there will be more choices as the time goes on.
Available - In Production
H&R Racing AG - German produced, race proven. Highly recommended for road use and light trackwork/track day sprint events. This is a road bias setup. | Height adjustable only.
Buddy Club Racing - Race dampers with heavy spring rates, suitable for road use but ideally track work. This is a track bias setup. | Damper rebound and height adjustable.
Phase Racing - One of the only few tuners in Japan truly racing/using the CL7 Euro R at this stage, designed primarily for track/competition usage. This is highly recommended for intense track racing conditions. | Damper rebound and height adjustable.
Feels' Honda Twin Cam - Another tuner who has racing emphasis in the CL7/CL9 aftermarket parts development. Selective springs rates available for either road or track setup. | Damper rebound and height adjustable.
Tein Suspension - A name familar to all Japan car enthusiasts, available in multiple applications from road use to competition environments. Common application - Type Flex with EDFC (Electronic Damper Force Control) to - Type N1 custom manufactured for GT endurance racing. | Damper rebound, shock rebound and height adjustable.
Not Available - In Development
Spoon Sports - No stranger to Honda enthusiasts. Spoon is currently participating in eudurance racing with the CL7 Euro R in various scenes around the world, no real parts have been dedicated in their line-up at this stage but watch this space for some real serious performance upgrades.
Endless / Zeal Suspension - Another big name in JDM speciality suspension upgrades with a strong racing involvement and background in various JGTC classes. This will be available in multiple applications from road use to competition environments. Road applications - Function series B (B, B2, B6) and X. Race applications - Function series SV (S6 and V6) and Super (SS and SR). | Damper rebound, shock rebound and height adjustable.

Pleasure
SAZABI - If your car is 95% on public roads I would not go with any race orientated coilover setup. I'd use neither the Buddy Club or Phase version for road use. Instead H&R or Mugen would be my choice if you want these few big names.
Can I ask why not H&R? If it's service related I can't say anything but if it's product integrity, it does not surpass the JDM tuners/manufacturers. After all H&R's application is used heavily by Euro Supercars (IE - Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche) in racing. While their road/sports design engineers good road comfort matched with a sporty setup for the occasional sprint/track driving with no problems.
In general, always check the spring rates before buying. This heavily dictates the ride comfort and handling regardless of tuner/manufacturer. If you want a fairly comfortable ride comparable with the OEM setup, choose a spring rate combination close to the OEM rating. Likewise, the higher the spring rate, the more bias it will be for purpose track racing.

Thx for the info CL9!
I think I will go with either buddy club or mugen if I decide to lower my car.
err... reason I don't like H&R... just b/c I don't like the name and the colour, lol...
buddy club seems a very good choice atm.
thank you~

My buddy clubs are badass, great ride. 15 way adjustable, and I have em dialed in about half way for dampening. Rides pretty much like stock, with room for adjustment.
Don't know conversion rates to CDN, but try calling David at www.randdmotorsports.com
Got mine for 1450 shipped USD. Let him know John told you to call to see if he still had the extra set available.
