Want your opinion on calipers...
So I finally bought the dark blue caliper paint for my CGP and I'm gonna paint them the next free/nice weekend day that comes up, but I wanted your opinion first.
Should I put the white Acura decals on the front calipers, or do you think it's too much on top of the dark blue paint?
I'd love your input!!!

I painted mine black back when I first got the car and applied the white acura decal. It was acutely one of my first 'mods' ever.
They actuely held up really well and I've gotten numerous compliments on them.
Go for it, you wont regret it.

Put it on. You can always take it off if you don't like it.

If you're going to want Acura displayed on the side of your caliper, you're better off painting it on there. The decal will peel off and you'll be missing letters. Paint the caliper white/silver whatever. Stick the decal where you want it. Then paint the caliper the color you chose. Let it sit for 24hrs. Bust out an Exact-o knife and peel the letters off and voila. After peeling the letters off, I suggest a fat layer of clear coat. It will last a long time. And, if you paint a lot of coats and you let it dry properly, the surface will be nice, smooth, and easy to clean brake dust off.
Did this on my project car. Four coats of primer, six coats of color, and 15 coats of clear.

Painting is a very time consuming process when done correctly. It's more than just spraying once. I didn't even mention how many times I wet sanded the thing. lol.

Yea I plan on painting it about 4-5 times each caliper. I figure I'll do 2 one day then 2 the next.

I think Acura stickers look very well on the calipers. No all decals are "rice"

I agree... except, I put the Acura decals on my calipers, and then I did the Honda grille, Honda rear badge and H center caps, and I had the scrape the ACURA off the calipers. Now my calipers look like crap. So all I'm saying is, Plan Ahead
