That's like the RSX Type S wheels I'm running now...

I bought a set of RSX Type S wheels, which are +45 and I used my stock tires which are 215/50/17

In other words, Yes and Yes.

Yes, the OEM tires will fit on those rims. I have OEM tires on 17x7.5 Volk CE28Ns. Your tire patch will be wider and shorter. Handling feel also changed for me. Summer tires will replace the OEM once the OEMs wear out.
