ok first off.....there is no factory exhaust in any car that will be as good as a nice aftermarket. you will get SOME gains.
however o the 06, I would say when paired with headers is when you'll get optimum power out of your aftermerket exhaust. I would say it would be worth the money on the exhaust only if you also go with headers and cai.
even though the intake is improved for 06....look at the design....its no cold air. the cai will still give you great results. its improved to suck in more air...while the injen cai is designed to suck in more air and COOLER air.
