aright, since your looking to lower E.T's, you should automatically forget about voltage stabilizers and all that crap...your factory coil pack ignition system is as good as its gonna get for now. Most people will say CAI, which is partially true. A CAI will definitely give you some hp right? Well, thats almost right. The problem starts to lie with our self learning ECU systems. Eventually your long term fuel trims will richen up basically washing out any gains made with the CAI over time, and it becomes more of a sound additive than anything else. You can reset your EFI system by either pulling the fuse or disconnecting your negative battery cable for about 15 mins. This will clear out all the long term fuel trims and will get you your gains back. With an underdrive pulley setup, it will not effect your A/F ratios like a CAI will over time, resulting in a steady gain throughout the powerband...if it was up to me I would do an underdrive pulley setup first if your main goal is to pull faster ET's.
