What maintenace should I do?

Hello to all.

I have a 2013 tsx sedan, tech package, auto, 4 cyl, with 11,000 miles on it. As you can see I have not done many miles in this car, but starting this summer I expect to be putting around 15000 miles a year on it. I have done only oil changes and tire rotation.
What I am asking, is since I will be using the car a lot more, what maintenance items should I take care of to be proactive.
Here are some things I have thought about.

1) cabin filter
2) new brake fluid
3) Trans fluid?
4) anti freeze ?
5) air filter?
6) hoses

Open to listen to all advice. My other car an 2013 tl shawd has 60000 miles on it and running strong, but giving it to one of my children, thus the tsx will be my primary.
Tires in excellent shape. I do a lot of city driving, and was wondering how long can I expect between brake pads also, or should they just be done.

Thanks for all comments. Roger

1) cabin filter-refer to owners manual
2) new brake fluid-Only if the car been sitting for an extended period of time.
3) Trans fluid-Why, especially given such low mileage.
4) anti freeze-unlikely but refer to owners manual
5) air filter-visually inspect and refer to owners manual
6) hoses-Only if the car been sitting for an extended period of time. Dry hoses or cracked hoses should be replaced accordingly.

Thanks HRC for your advice. It is best to regularly service our cars as opposed to having to overhaul an entire system when the internal damages are nearly beyond repair. I usually take the easy way out and service the filter and brake fluid only. I guess it is time to invest more on a more regular basis.
