Well, there is also a piggyback ACM that prevents the ECU from seeing boost. Without the piggyback, we'd be throwing CELs constantly. Otherwise, yes, the ECU reflash handles the fuel remappings and lowered VTEC engagement point (among other things) for the S/C.
Every Honda ECU is different, and it takes time and money to crack each one. My guess is that there isn't a large enough demand to warrant coming up with any reflash.
But to be honest, I wouldn't get your hopes up. Look at the 05 AT guys...they've been waiting for years (much longer than you 07-08 guys), and a Hondata reflash of any kind is pretty much never going to happen for them.
Oh, and there is a 2006 CT S/C kit (I'm pretty sure the one you saw was mine - don't know of any others out there). However, there is only a S/C kit for the 2006s w/ manual transmissions, NOT automatic transmissions.
