I hope that it actually takes the lag out of pedal, HOWEVER, I do remember Hondata stating that they would not touch that problem out of fear that someone would sue for messing with it.

Partially true, it doesn't gain any "real" whp/wtq but trust me, you will like the response which makes you car gain like at least 10+whp/wtq in your mind. Maybe it shifts the whole whp/wtq curve on dyno.
I, without the product, have some first hand experience w/ the throttle adjustment. Anything above stock is great, however, when the throttle is wide open (or 50+% or so), there's problem.
1. Rough idling - Idling will be so rough that you can't take it. Cold start @ 2K rpm; and warm up @ 1.5K+ rpm. However, with the e-booster, this is not a problem because you CAN turn it off to remain stock.
2. Auto-auto - I'm not sure what's going to happen on 6MT, but on any 5AT, when you let off the gas, the tach needle will stay @ 1000rpm or @ the lowest rpm possible in that gear. However, with the aggressive throttle position, when you let off the gas, it drops to the lowest rpm point and then AUTOMATICALLY raise back up to 2K+ rpm to whatever point it wants to settle. This is very annoying because when you need to slow down the car, your brake is always fighting against your throttle. When you stop @ a light, you need to press the brakes hard because it also want to go. With the e-booster, I don't think it such a big problem because again, you CAN turn it off.
3. Insane gas mileage - Yeh, the opposite way. The gas needle went down every time I press on the gas pedal, it's insane.
4. Stall? - Not sure if this will happen w/ the e-booster, however, my manual method shows it's no good for a long period of time, especially after a long hwy drive. Everytime right before I exit hwy, or @ getting off @ hwy ramp, my VSA + ABS light will both pop up. So what's happen, car can NOT rev past 3000rpm, and can't dip below 1000rpm, or else the engine will start to choke/shake, steering wheel (I think it's the power steering) is hard to turn, and I need to reset my ECU to clear.
So basically, that's all the downside from my experience. Of course, I had found a sweet spot right now that take care of all of the above, but my throttle position is nowhere settle @ 40-50%.
Someone should give it a try and report if there's any problem. For fun factor, yes, you can have response that you never imagine from the TSX; practical? Maybe not.
