the reflash is a one size fits all tune thats more aggressive than stock and designed to take advantage of bolt ons. even without bolt ons, it lowers vtec crossover and increases midrange power.
K-Pro is a custom tuning application that can be used to tune for specific parts. Cams, intake manifolds, turbo kits etc would benefit from k-pro tuning. Theres more information on these boards about the subject. Thats just a quick rundown.
