Well there are exhausts and headers that cost much more than $600 out there. I just think the $600 range is a good place to start. (Note: prices in USD)
A header will only maximize the reflash. You don't NEED to replace the header in order to feel the benefits of a reflash.
Go to Hondata's website and read up on what they have. They have tons of good information, including what to send in when getting a reflash, where the parts are on your car, and how to remove them from your car.
