Ingalls Camber Kit Locking Nut Loosening Issue

For those of you with the Ingalls rear camber kit, how do you loosen the locking nut that is closer to the middle of the car? I went in for an alignment and the tech said they had to unbolt the inner side of the camber bar in order to loosen the locking nut on that side. They loosened the locking nut on the outer end using a wrench, but a wrench can't get into the inner locking nut.

Worst comes to worst, i'm going to unbolt the inner side of the camber kit arm from the car and loosen the locking nut before i take it in for an alignment.

Is there an easier way?
