I have used this method twice. It only cost me about 5 bucks for the sheet of lexan at Home Depot, then you can pick up the sealant at any auto parts store for around 7 bucks. I broke out the glass from my housings and then traced the size of the housing onto a sheet of paper. Then just put the sheet of paper under the lexan and trace it with a marker. I just used a Dremel tool to cut the fogs out. The edges can be rough for 06-08 because you can't see them once the bumper is on. I used lots of small clamps and let the sealant settle overnight. Use plenty of sealant so no condensation will happen. When I get some time I will make a DIY
