Is there a higher offset for the 18x7.5? Something in the high 40s?

Here are the additional offsets available:
Additional Offset: 18x7.5 +53, +42, +38, +48
Additional Offset: 18x8.5 +43, +37, +30
Additional Offset: 18x9.5 +45, +38

As for weight, it should be similar to Emotion Kai.
On average, you should be looking at 19-20lbs for a 18" depending on the size/offset.
