Wheel sizes

Does anyone know if I can fit an 18 x 8.5 wheel with a +42 offset on my car (without any necessary modifications)? If they would fit, would they still fit if I lower it?

yes they will fit but if you lower very much you may have rubbing. I would either try to get a higher offset or a 8 inch wide rim.
