Union, NJ Sighting - ABP w/ Front Lip

Anyone on this board? I pulled up right next to the ABP on Morris Avenue at a stoplight by CVS... glanced over, but the guy didn't look back. The license plate said "WELAYAN"...

I work up in Union --- been starting to see a few TSXs on a regular basis on my morning commute... just wondering if any of them are on the board :)
