Stock Shocks!?

anyone know how for the stock shocks goes up and down!?if changing eibach spring would it still work ..im scared it might **** up the shocks and the spring...n i have to spend another like grand for it...plz rePPly!

I am waiting for Koni's to come out then it will be the perfect setup.
