Sorry, but whats the point of the gauges?

The gauges are for looks, but they mean more than looks to other people. The intake manifold pressure is like a turbo gauge for a N/A car. The Water Pressure is more accurate then the stock water meter.

Nice ride. I have a question, right under your deck you have a gauge and it saids "Rev:717" Is that hooked up to your tachnometer? If so, which wire did you hook it up to?

LOL, I don't buy anything knock off. The Benz TSX got that silver thing custom. The OEM/Authentic lip comes white, there is no silver part. The silver part doesn't look as good in my opinion. PS: I got all the mugen stuff from king motorsports.

Damn man really like your car, looks absolutely amazing. I like the guages, but i dont really understand what there connected to and how they work. I'd be interested in that. Also, from what ive seen the authentic mugen does have that silver part inside. Even if yours doesnt and isnt authentic, still looks nice as hell. Keep up the good work

Trust me on this one. I bought my lip from king motorsports like a month ago. They sent it all white, and I painted it all black. It doesn't come with the silver part. You should ask some people and stop trying to make it seem like I bought a fake kit.

If you did buy that from kingmotorsoorts you should ask for your money back cause they sold you a replica lip. Like this one from ebay a while back.

Nice car I like the kit. The black rims are a nice touch too. Nice mounting job on the VAFC and the gauges. Is there a noticable change in VTEC with the VAFC. I have one laying around and never thought to put in my TSX. Nice :thumbsup:

Last time I checked, King Motorsports does not sell replica/fake Mugen/M-Tec parts or accessories for any model. Their partnership with Mugen/M-Tec goes decades back and for them to start doing something illegal? I highly doubt so.

It will be in breach of their own distributorship rights with Mugen/M-Tec to begin with. How the part is painted is up to the discretion of the owner, Mugen/M-Tec does sell parts in a few formats.

A - Painted with matching body/factory color.
B - Primed not painted, ready for paint work.
C - Not primed, not painted.

And Mugen/M-Tec does not only sell aeroparts in FRP.

I agree. There is nothing wrong with having a replica kit. Car still looks nice. Just trying to help the guy out. If he did order an authentic one they sent him a replica and he should get his money back. Thats all I'm saying

hmmm, if you love your car, I suggest you take it to some people that know what they are doing. For the headlights all you have to do is put in some bulbs. For the foglights, I would recommend the hID conversion kit.

Yea, I made a small hole in the compartment. you can't see the whole because the dvd unit is blocking it.

Hey folks - this is Clayton from King Motorsports. Let me clear this up.

1) The Mugen TSX Front Lip (aka Front Under Spoiler) is made from PPE or polyurethane.

2) The kit can be ordered from Mugen painted (PW, SM, NB, DB, MR, TB). Kits ordered this way come with the silver ducts.

3) We order all of our kits ZZ, which is unpainted. The reason we do this is a)less chance for damage during shipping and b) we've had some issues with slight mismatch in paint colors.

I know Greg personally and I know he has legit Mugen pieces on his car.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. My Mugen kit flushes to the car, so you know its not fake. If you compare my car to the mugen style lip kit, you will see a difference for sure. Some guy also though that it was made from fiberglass. I knew it was poly, because it wobbles.

Yea, I can tell if the mugen side skirts are real or not. It doesn't look the same, the fiber glass ones that you could get from extreme dimensions look different.

just to let everyone know, i haven't been posting pics because my car is undergoing major cosmetic changes. I am trying to find a replacement for my racing harts because I messed one up. I hit a pot hole going 40 with my super low profile tires and dented one of the rims. I ended up finding out that the rim was discontinued, and i'm on the stock wheels now. It doesn't look right with the mugen kit, so i'd be embarrassed to show you guys. Luckily I knew the owner of www.dazzmotorsports.com, and he found one of those rims in Japan. I am also getting the grill done, and painting the hood again. Once i go to the dazz warehouse and pick up my wheel, I will be sure to post up some pictures.

So what about march tsx ?? R u trying to say that my kit doesnt look the same as the Mugen kit from mugen?? My kit was cast from the mugen kit mold and is polyurethane just like the one u get from mugen. im sure show and goes is real and he has someone saying it is. who cares if he painted the silver inlets. i know i would of too if i got the oem kit. i like a clean look thats why and im sure he does too.

Joker, on the Mugen kit, is it an entirely different bumper, or is that a lip? If it is a new bumper/lip, is it possible to leave the lip off?

I am thinking about getting the Mugen kit, but I'm not crazy about the front lip (a little too low to me). Also, do you have any pics in daylight? I like your car, but I can't really see it (nbp at night).
