Welcome to WA! Honk when you see a CG Mugen! i been running with no front plate for 3years now. Just got pulled over couple weeks ago now i have to run a front plate. Its not to bad, i kinda like it with the front plate because pigs can't harass me anymore.

they just give me warnings for front plate, usually when i got pulled over, front plate is not their bigger fines...
