What you guys think of this 18 x 8 with 50 offset

should be fine. i'm running 18x8 +45 with no problems.

Yeah, no problem. I've seen 18 x 8 51 offset. 235/40/18s, lowered, with no issues.

Thanks guys but you say i gotta get 235/40 tires wouldnt that make the tires look like ballons from far away

I don't think so, although a 225/40/18 would have less sidewall. It would also be smaller than stock, so it doesn't fill the wheelwell up as good. There's really no right or wrong, just personal preference.

The only reason I mentioned that tire size really was to show that even running a "correct" size tire with that offset, that rubbing still wasn't a concern. Many people do choose 225/40/18 and would be even less likely to rub.

This is AlterZgos ride with Neuspeed Konis, Comptech 110-155 springs, 18 x 8 Works with 51 offset, and 235/40/18 Yokohama ES100s.

^holy poop I see that guy on Prairie every morning on the way to work! Saw it the first time and was like :nod: for red and :nod: for Works.

Here's a bit of a better angle to see the offset in the rear. This is on Comptech's demo vehicle, 18 X 8 +51 Works on Comptech springs, same as above:

^holy poop is right; between Zgo's car, Comptech's car and your car, there's about $7k in rims.....
