I still haven't grasped the what fits and what rubs or doesn't thing yet..sorry
Does 19 x 8.5 witha 40mm offset fit or not? :bowdown1:
Thanks!
If they do fit can you recommend proper size shoes for them.
Also, how far off would the speedo be if any.

Factory setup is 7" 55 offset.
The wheel you are proposing is 1.5" wider, so add .75" both in and out. Also, the offset moves it out another 15mm, or a little more than 1/2". So altogether, that wheel would be almost 1.25" further out than stock.
Wether or not you like that look is up to you; I prefer the wheel underneath the fender.....
It might rub, depending on what size tire and if you were lowered.

Thanks LannyM...Now that reply just made plain sense.
Lanny..can you explain rolled fenders to me? Does it require repainting the fenders....whats the deal

There's only a couple of people that I'm aware of that have rolled fenders on a TSX, and they are running wheels with similar offset and width to what you're looking at, and they're slammed too....
Basically a body shop uses a tool to push the inner fender lip up and out of the way, giving more room when dropping the car. I've seen the same thing accomplished with a baseball bat, except that they tend to damage the paint. Done correctly by a body shop you should be fine.
