I wont be doing rims for a while, but saw these online, they look like TE-37's, come in gold like I would want, and cost only about 450 for a full set... anyone have any experience with them?

Basically a replicated version without a doubt. As long as you don't do any serious driving - autocross, trackwork, spirited driving with them, you'd be fine.

Well as you know bud.. I do AutoX, and well at least untill that last ticket I was a spirited driver lol,
So are these rims decent, just not as good as Volks (obviously) or do they seem to you to be junk... ROTA's website looks pretty good, but that really doesn't mean all that much

Rota's are well known as some pretty strong and durable wheels especially for the cost. As far as the evolution's wheels, that is enkei. I say go for it if you're on a budget they will look good.
Rota makes copy/replicated wheels. And does not match what Volks/Enkei does. All TE37s are forged vs Rotas which I'm dead sure will be cast hence the price difference. That attributes to the weight which isn't that much of a concern.
My concern is that copy/replicated wheels may not have the same safety tensile/regidity strength vs the real products. I've seen copy/replicated wheels literally sheer off the brake hub on track which wasn't caused by an impact or hit, was simply hard driving.
Something to think about. MR.

Hey MemphisRheins ~
Where did you find this deal? And how much they weight?? I'm looking for some 17" or 18" rims that are light weight, probably 14-17lb. Any brand other than Enkei and Volk you guys will recommend???

since we're on the topic of cheap/pricey & name brand/replica....are AXIS a replica company?
they sure do have pricey rims, but are they quality, i'm going to purchase the decade once the weather gets warmer and i'm wondering if i should just go to wheelmax or wheelsnext to buy generic rims.

Rota's make replicas of most major brands...although they are pretty good for what they cost and are indeed cast wheels...they are pretty darn heavy ...
If ur looking for lightweights, you ahve to spend the money as they are forged and the cost of making forged wheels are pretty darn expensive and long process...

have you ever weighed a rota wheel?
compare a 17" rota to one of your OEM tsx wheels

Wow....didnt know they were that light...... gotta find out who gave me that info and give them #$^* ...
Since they are so light, wonder why they are cheap..but i guess cuz they are knock-offs, they can not sell as their own design :)
i know there are alot of ROTA haters ....BUTTT I have a rota c8's on my old civic and i auto-x and lapped my car without any problems what so ever !! .. i ran 45 series tires so there was a bit more trend !!

My cousin has been rolling a set of Rota Tarmacs, which is an OZ P1 replica, on his WRX. I laughed at him when he got them about three years ago, but he has driven two sets of tires off them on hard street driving plus track days, autocross, and some impromptu rally action, and they still roll straight and true, so for $400 a set I'm pretty impressed.......

I have had SSR, Volk Ce28n, Spoon, and a couple sets of Rota. Although I love the light high quality rims, the Rotas are very high quality, lighter than almost all other cast rims, and can take a good beating. I would not hesitate at all buying them again.
I just wish they had more 18" rims ;)
