Tint: How Dark to Go in New York

I want get my windows tinted but do not know how dark to go. How dark can I go in NY without having the cops giving me problems.

Basically says ur allowed to go 35% and no darker!

well actually 35 is still illegal, but most cops don't fuss about it. I was warned by cops in the city about my front windows were illegal. Rear can be anything.

i live in ny and i wud recommend 20s.. its dark but not too dark and cops wont fukc witt uu

i only nj law. sorry. but thought i heard 35% was legal in NY
