View Full Version : "International" section?

I wonder if there might be interest in adding an "International" section or forum to the site, like maybe under "Regional."

I think it might help in bringing more people from outside North America onto the site. Even though it might not make much difference and anyway I know the site would still be mainly U.S. and Canada, any little bit might help. And at least to me, the members from outside N.A. (few though they may be) are extra valuable, because they give us a different point of view. When I see posts from "Australia" or "Switzerland" or whatever, I jump extra-fast to see what the person says.

(Hey rAiN -- What do you say, next time you're in Korea or wherever, get yourself to a computer! ) :D

I wondered about this on this other thread, which I thought maybe would have fit better in an International section:

Since Larchmont brought this up...
I've been giving some thought to a new section as well. See if this makes sense?

How does a "New Products" section sound with the following sub-categories:

- "TSX Gear" for new TSX specific aftermarket or OEM products.

- "Automotive" for generic auto products suitable for any vehicle.

- "Non-Automotive" for everything else like computer, A/V equipment, multimedia, tools, appliances, etc.?

The last one may not be the best use of server space so I'll leave it up to you?

Sounds like a good idea to me.. Where do you guys want this section added to?

I think it would work either under "Do It Yourself" or "Marketplace."

Or maybe they should be split between those sections.
Whatever -- I think anything like that would work.

Thanks for asking -- and for being so quick to do these "mods" to the site.
