Well, was pondering this as my first 'oem mod' but couldn't really find enough detailed pix sooo i purchased it, installed it and took many pix for others who are contemplating it. In my opinion, it really completes the centre console as well as add much needed metal trim to the doors (window controls) as well as add some metal trim to the rear where there is none to begin with at all:

here are pix:

...and finally.. so who actually decided on this latest TSX purchase?

see pic below... she was allllll over it!

Oooooh...I likes! I've always liked a metal trim! Looks very good in the center console as well as the door panels!

looks really good, how much and how long to install and how hard to install. I have been considering this mod since I got my car and have been back and forth on it

it's an option you can purchase from ACURA... check with your local dealer.. but er.. not a very cheap option for 9 pieces of 'trim' with doublesided tape.

I disagree. If you have the stock metal dash trim that extends from door to door, this kit simply completes the look by extending the trim look down the console. Damn Acura for not including it as a stock item in the car. I guess if they did, they wouldn't be able to such another 5 bills out of our pockets.
I think the interior looks incomplete without the kit, and will likely close my eyes and buy it soon. :slant:

Haha.. that was the option the dealer offered to us for free but we rejected.. IMO it's pretty ugly, ... makes the whole car seem to shiny.

Personally, I think it's way too much silver --- monotonous... but it's different strokes for different folks...
