New 06 TSX with about 3000 miles on the odo, and I had to have it in for servicing today to get rid of the persistent rattling coming from the steering column. Had the car in to Champion Acura in Houston and got a (pretty thrashed out and torn up) TL for a loaner.
The rattle turned out to be the airbag connector inside the steering wheel, which will be replaced under warranty. The replacement assembly, however, contains pyrotechnics and can't be express shipped--it has to travel by ground. So, I got the TSX back and will take it in again next week when they have the part.
Heads up to anyone who's encountering something similar--it might be the airbag connector.
