Hi
I just came back from Tokyo. I would like to share some pics with everyone.
I saw most people driving Toyotas in Japan, I didn't see much Hondas on the road. I only saw accord (TSX) couple times and only saw civic once. But I found out that people like driving small car, so I saw a lot of Fits there. Also, I saw more nissan, suzuki and mazda than Honda in japan. Honda is not a popular brand in Japan. :rotz:

I had a hard time finding our Accord over there too, but at least you got a pic of one...I never had my digicam ready when I actually saw them.

My friend said he found all euros in poland haha he was going crazy seeing that many.

I saw a couple of Accords too and an OG Skyline when I went to South Africa a couple months ago. I'll post pics shortly

Giiiiiirl, I'd love to go to Spain and Italy too! Shoot, I want to go EVERYWHERE! hahahahaaha :laugh:
it's kinda funny how only when north americans visit japan, then they realize honda pride is no where near the level in north america....
I think that's the reason why a lot of people debadge their cars! People from the US want their cars to be Honda/JDM/Euro R etc, while in Japan or Europe, they like their cars to be Acura! People just want to have things NOT common to where they live!
Perrsonally, I'd rather have the Acura symbol regardless! :nod: Honda is nice and all, but I think Acura is much CLASSIER for me! No offense to anyone! That's just how I compare the two! That's like saying a BMW or an Audi...both are nice cars, but I'd rather go for the BMW! :)
I may go to Japan next year again, if I still have money ^_^

I was wanting to visit a few, but where I was versus the location of the dealers was too far. I was in Sun City, which was like a little resort/city all on its own.
I came across the Skyline when I was parking lot hunting. Just browsing the resort parking lot for cars, just to see what I stumble across.

Yep, and a large reason why Honda is pouring a lot into manufacturing here in North America....they know where the $$$ is (so to speak).

Toyota and Nissan get so much more respect in the racing world especially in the land of the Rising Sun.
But don't count out the NSX
Just wait till Acura arrives on their shores.... :laugh:

But yeah, I wish I could go! *sigh* I think I might be going to the motherland for my bday, since most of my family is going! It should be fun! I haven't been there in years!!!!
