Does anyone remove their lip kit during the Winter in TO?

Just wondering if anyone removes their lip kit during the winter months in Toronto?

I just purchased one but don't know if I should install it now or wait until the spring.

Did you lower your ride? I have a-spec suspension and I just leave the kit on for the whole year on and never have 1 scratch and I never need to stop on any driveway or road bump.

My ride is not lowered, stock suspension.

I've been wanting the lip kit for a year and finally got it, can't wait to install it but I don't want to get it damaged or scratched up cuz of the snow and ice. You never know how the winters are in TO, sometimes good, most of the times bad.

All depends..if its not lowered you should be fine. If you are to install it yourself wait til the spring or til its warmer. If its too cold the kit will not adhere to the car since the top part of the car uses double sided tape. Though it should warm up in the next few days it so you can do it then, ideally 10+ degrees.

This year Toronto forecasters say that its to be a mild winter.

I Dont live in Toronto but the winter here is kind of bad too me personlly I would even boughter putting it on right now, you never know what could happen in the winter and specially if you had to wait that long to get it.

i live in bc and my lip is fuxored

i maybe taking my lips off this year just to get it refinish because i hit an ice bank doing a 3 point turn last year and and it scratched it up real bad.

Although, I will probably put it back on right away because I'm too lazy to take the rest of the kit off.

front skirt only looks ok
side + rear but no front looks like a$$
