found this HID retrofit on HIDPLANET.COM, where I used to visit often before getting the TSX (no retrofitting required, awesome HID haha)
He did a great job!! once again proves how similar the TSX is to the usdm accord

sorry guyz...I'll post it...
"A few years back I hooked up my first HID kit in my old 1995 Acura Integra. At the time, I didnt know anything about retrofitting and thought the cutoff and light output from the halogen projectors was actually quite decent.
Then the trouble started, I found this website and was instantly hooked on the idea of retrofitting. In no time I purchased my first dremel, an extra pair of headlights, TSX projectors, and all of the other HID necessities we've come to expect. The glare was almost all gone and I was finally able to see a lot better at night.
Fast foward a couple of years... The Integra is gone, and in its place is a 2003 Accord coupe 6spd. I toyed around with the idea of just buying an HID kit and skipping all of the hard work and hassle that is the retrofit. Decided that I wouldnt be able to live the subpar output and the glare that comes with it.
Found some Audi A6 projectors online and picked up some bulbs and ballasts locally. I already had pre-cut headlight housings so finishing off this retro was supposed to be a peice of cake. I discovered that I wasnt all too happy with the output of the A6 projectors, so decided to look for other options. Found some TSX headlights for sale locally, picked them up, baked, and then tore those open. Noticed something pretty odd, did some measurements of the headlights, and came up with an idea... the Hybrid Headlight as i like to call it.
Sorry for the novel, now onto the pics ... "

I've seen it done on a few accords already, looks different than just putting a white blub

My friend used tsx's lights for his prelude. When I realized it, I cried murder. He killed a tsx for its eyes :(

nah man...
if I may say...this is not been done before....
many people have taken the TSX PROJECTOR out, and retrofitted into an accord's housing...

see that above pic, the reflector part for the low bean has been cut into, and fitted with a tsx projector
but the one I posted earlier...

can u see the difference?
but of course here are the order of things...
worst: blue-tinted halogen bulbs that "look" white
worse: plug-n-play hid kit 8000k or above
good: plug-n-play hid kit 4100k-6000k
better:hid projector retrofit (A6, E46, E55 Projectors) "blurry, not wide"
best:hid projector retrofit (TSX, S2K, LS430, RX330 Projectors)"sharp & wide"
THIS: wow

yeah, I had the same idea few months ago. I got a set of spare TSX lights and wanted to convert them to fit into my other car - the Element - but those lights are just too narrow to fit the TSX projectors, and I didn't feel like cutting it apart.
But it looks great in the Accord :)

Hi Steffen,
I'm having a very hard time understanding your comments/questions, and I suspect others are also confused. Can you please rephrase your question?
