hey everyone,
After 2 years of complaining and arguing with Acura North Toronto, they finally decided to do something about the scratching noise that sometimes happens when I roll down the front window. I had such a hard time proving to them that the noise exists since the problems occurs sometimes and not all the time.
I took the car in yesterday and told them that this was the 5th time i had to bring the car in to fix this problem. All the other times they would lubricate the window and say it was fixed, but the problem would appear a few weeks after.
They ordered me some parts and ill be taking the car in AGAIN tomorrow. Hopefully this will be the last time i will have to deal with this problem. Keep you fingers crossed.
