It's been a very hectic few months.
both my partners have left the company, and left me dealing with all aspects of the company alone
i know it seems that the company has dropped off the face of the earth, the website is half done and pm's go unanswered.
as a one man shop now, i can only do so much. i will take more time out to be more responsive and get more parts in stock

being end of the season, the shipments from japan is getting far and few in between.. so that's why the orders are taking longer to get filled. the stuff that was ordered will be here, just takes a bit of time..
some complain about lack of a physical location. physical location translate to overhead cost. ultimately the overhead cost of burden on the customer, who pays in higher prices... since most the parts are order-on-request, there won't be much to "show" at a store.. and we refer all install / repair to professional mechanics / installers who will do a much better job than us, so we don't need the install bays
all new business start on shaky ground, i hope that you guys understand and will see us (just me right now :lol:) through the difficult times
