I remember some guys are saying that you dont need to pay fedex if they mail sometihng out a few weeks later you signed and got the package?
I received a bill today for $50!!! For some customs clearance charges, and duties and brokerage fees.
Should i just toss it out???? LOL
I usually ignore ne bill they send to me afterward when they just dropped off my package in my front door, since I never signed for receiving. And I never get ne problem for not paying it. But for your case, you sign it then maybe a different story.

LOL I think Phil got a rubber dolley delievered to his house haha.. hes getting lonely after getting kicked out of his bedrooms for all those mods hes been hiding haha...
yeah it's the brokerage fees, for customs, it's a hassel if you ever have to pick up and clear your packages through customs yourself, I do customs brokerage all the time, so i save that 50 to a 100$ fee.
some one has to go clear the item with customs, declare it, identify it, and select the 20 digit code that gose with every thing that exsist, so the customs officers know how much tax and duties to charge you.
it's a pain, one you figure the codes for thing you ship in all the time, it get easier, it's just time consumming.
next time ups/fedex calls, to let you know you have a package arriving, tell them you "want the shipping documents ready for pickup for customs" so you can say " no to brokeraging, and they I'll do it my self"
