Regional TSX Groups - United States

Hey, how come "United States" under "Regional TSX Groups" on the Forums front page has a different icon compared to all the other groups?

All the others have a check mark (open for posting) but this one has a lock on it (although that section isn't locked or anything).

Actually, I was thinking those darn Canadians hacked the site and locked us out of our own country. :)

Because if we left it open people would be able to post in the "United States" section instead of the sub categories.
