Agreed - it would save some vertical space which makes reading the long threads a bit easier. Unless you allow extra-wide avatars....

Otherwise, congrats on the upgrade to v3.0!

cool, I am adjusting to this new version of vBulletin really well. This upgrade is not bad as I thought it would be. Its great so far!

I'm with Agent Chen and Kiteboy, very much so.

Besides that: Looks good, although I must say (surprise, surprise!) I like the old one better. Besides what chen and kite just said, it was much easier in the old format to see the indicator that shows which threads we have posted in. And, maybe because of being an old fuddy-duddy, I preferred the simpler look. But this is very nice, and I imagine the advantages must be felt to greatly outweigh any possible disadvantages, or else you wouldn't have done it.

BTW -- I have a feeling TRU might want to re-do the top a little bit, maybe at least changing the color of the car. It's still real good as it is, but while this top was ideal for the old format, it doesn't seem to stand out enough now.

My 2c: Maybe make the car Arctic Blue, also put at least a little bit of vertical space between the top and those ads.

The site looks great so far with the new software.

Things appear a little out-of-place but I'm sure with some time and posts, we'll all get used to it.

And also can we change the color in between each post to a darker color. So you can differentiate between each post.
